TheEasy Line Systemmonobloc byQuinti适用于食用油灌装80吗0 bottles/h. Conceived for a single-operator use, it doesn’t need lubrication because it works “dry”. Easy to use, the machine has great fl exibility in bottle changeover and allows quick and easy adjustment and wash. The line is available in a wide range of options, i.e. combined with encapsulation device, labeller and fi lling system with nitrogen dosing. Vacuum working, provided with a system for fi lling and level adjustment in the bottle, the monobloc has an Aisi 304 stainless steel, detachable wastewater tank, with inspection cap for easy cleaning. The stop/automatic start system of the bottles’ conveyor belt at the end of the belt makes the cycle start again only when the bottles have been picked up, preventing them to fall on the ground. Filling valves and oil pipes are washed with CIP cycle.

STSmachines series is now integrated by monoblock distribution-closure-labellingSTS2200, performing the following functions: capsule distribution through a single-head capsule dispenser on screw with centring gripper of the bottle neck; capping with closure of the capsules with 4 spinonheads or 1 shrink-heads; labelling with S/L technology for the application of front label or front and back label on the same roll. The machine to be inserted in a line is equipped with: clockwise rotating direction of the turret, emergency stop devices on screw, starwheels and central carrousel, safety guards complying with the EU regulations, electronically variable speed with inverter (1000/2200 bph), pneumatic lifting of the shrink head at the machine stop. The labelling stations are driven through stepper motor for maximum precision of positioning. Completely manufactured of stainless steel, with some parts of aluminium coated with scratch-resistant corrosion-proof paint.

Rekord 8has been developed byRobino&Galandrinofor automatic dispensing and closing of the metal wirehood on sparkling wine bottles. Very compact, the machine is complete with wirehoods storage (capacity 3000 pieces), bottom-loaded for best operator position. The wirehoods storage-dispenser group is adjustable in height with centralized system. A special automatic picking up system extracts an entire row of wirehoods from the storage and places it on the dispenser’s conveyor belt. Automatic distribution of four-post wirehoods is ensured by a mechanical system with two selection screws. The machine is equipped with eight pistons with compensation springs in order to lift the bottles and apply the wirehoods preserving mechanical devices from overexertion. It is equipped with electronic devices for the machine starting and stoppage depending on the fl ow of bottles prior or after it. All the machine functions are controlled by PLC and Inverter located into the centralized electrical panel.

In a matter of minutes, the same machine can be easily changed-over for the application of self adhesive labels by disconnecting the two wet glue stations via an electro-pneumatic system and inserting the modular self adhesive label dispenser/applicators directly in place. This solution provides the advantage of compact central carousel and frame in a labeller with simple and rapid switching from wet glue to self adhesive applications. Pony’s steam generators are built with highgrade materials in order to guarantee long life and top reliability, in compliance with the CE regulations. Smallest steam generators of the 210 series, with low energy consumption (from 6 to 10 kW) with steam production from 3 to 14 kg/h, are highly requested by wine cellars and are generally used for cleaning up oak barrels and small silos. For industrial use, Goliath range is the ideal solution, going from 10 to 66 kW, for a steam production of 13 to 90 kg/h. Can also double that power on our Combi version, thus reaching up to 180 kg/h of steam. Goliath generators are available in three versions: Basic, for 8-10 working hours per day; De Luxe, for 14-16 working hours per day; Heavy Duty, for intensive cycles covering working turns on a 24/7 basis. Since the world is moving towards a lower energy consumption, the generators can be equipped with a energy saving device, with special pump, solenoid valve, and tank for pumping 90°C water, with relevant energy savings.
